AKAI AX60+S612 .mp3s: Analog+Sampler combination

Architecture sent me new .mp3 sound examples for AKAI AX60 page. Here he combines AX60 and AKAI S612 sampler by using AX's sampler input. The result is a unique integration of analog synth filter and a sampler - one rare combination even still today.

Architecture, I'm glad to host your contribution. I wish AKAI's engineers would see this - their idea of combining analog and sampler was far ahead of time, and it's finally incarnated in your contribution. It's great to have one's own classics, and your AX is worth to be called.
